Overview of the Registration Process

Registration with NOCU is a mandatory requirement as per the regulation published in 2014. It is an essential to have a database of all the stakeholders in the organic agriculture value chain for the purpose of this regulation, and it is important as a country to represent international affairs with the complaints and audits that can be raised from other countries against our products and certification. As a government regulatory body, it is the responsibility of NOCU to attend to such issues arising from both the local and international markets.
